The JDRF New York City Chapter's Young Leadership Committee is pleased to announce the inaugura lYLC Golf Tournament. This tournament will be held on Saturday, June 18^th2016 at:

La Tourette Golf Course

1001 Richmond Hill Road

Staten Island, NY 10306

The tournament is open to all, but participation is limited to the first 144 players to register. Proceeds from this event will benefit the JDRF’s research towards finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.

The individual entry fee for the tournament will be $220 and the rate for foursomes is $800, so sign up with your friends!

Schedule – Saturday June 18^th

Your tax deductible contribution will include:

- Round-trip transportation between Manhattan and La Tourette

- 18-holes of golf with Cart

- Practice facility use and bucket of range balls

- 1 hour BBQ and awards ceremony

- Prizes for Long-drive and closest to the pin and winning group
